Hamid Adeli came to the mortgage industry with a unique perspective and understanding of all aspects of the buying process. For two decades, he worked in residential real estate sales — earning numerous sales achievement awards and working with some of the most prestigious local companies. Over the last four years at EagleBank, Hamid has established a number of "designated lender" relationships with local developers, sales and marketing companies, including closing a large percentage of units in DC’s CityCenter.
Hamid believes that every new construction project deserves a hand-picked team of in-house processors, underwriters, and closers…working together to insure a seamless and 100% on-time transaction. His service standard is to exceed the borrower’s, builder’s, and agent’s expectations in communication throughout the transaction, while raising the bar in overall service. In his spare time, Hamid enjoys automobile racing and frequently participates in a wide range of events in the Washington, DC region car community. Hamid is fluent in Farsi.
